Madison

Every due date in a semester, on one page.

live at usemadi.com

A semester’s deadlines already exist, scattered across five portals and a stack of syllabus PDFs. The product is simply seeing them at once.

  1. step_01the challenge

A student has four or five courses, each with its own portal, its own syllabus PDF, and its own idea of where deadlines live. The information exists and is still useless, because nobody can see the semester in one piece.

  2. step_02what we engineered

We built the planner around a single dated view of the whole term and designed the interface on a strict component system, so adding a course or a deadline never turns into another tab to check.

  3. step_03the outcome

The planner is live, putting a full semester of deadlines on one page.

> // in depth

Four or five courses, each with its own portal, its own syllabus document, and its own convention for where a due date lives. None of the information is missing. All of it is unusable, because no student can hold the shape of the term in their head when it is spread across that many surfaces.

We built the planner around one dated view of the whole semester and held the interface to a strict component system, so adding a course or a deadline stays a few seconds of work. The value is entirely in the consolidation, which meant the interface had to disappear.

A turnkey process, on a clock.

  1. 01discovery & strategy
    about 1 week

We find the one action worth engineering around.

We map your buyer, your offer, and the single most valuable action. Everything downstream serves it. We agree on scope and a fixed launch date before any design begins.

  2. 02direction
    1 to 2 weeks

We prove the design before we build it.

Art direction benchmarked against luxury references, with type and motion proven up front so there are no surprises in the build. You see and sign off on the direction before a line of code.

  3. 03build & instrument
    2 to 4 weeks

We hand build it and wire the funnel.

Hand-coded Next.js, budgeted for speed, with the funnel instrumented and every state accessible and responsive. You review on a live staging URL at clear milestones.

  4. 04launch & care
    ongoing

We launch, then stay to improve.

Managed edge hosting, a monthly report, unlimited edits, and continuous improvement. The launch is the start, not the end. We hand over everything you own.
