01Overview
This site is a portfolio and contact surface for StratoSync Solutions, a digital agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the site fast and secure, and we handle it in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
02What we collect
If you contact us or book a call, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email, phone number, and message. We may collect privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics about how the site is used.
03How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, scope potential work, deliver services you request, and improve the site. We do not sell your information or share it for others’ marketing.
04Email and consent (CASL)
We send marketing or newsletter emails only to people who have asked to receive them. Every such email identifies StratoSync Solutions and includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and we action opt-outs promptly. Transactional replies to your own enquiries are not marketing.
05Hosting and processors
The site is hosted on Vercel (edge hosting and delivery). Bookings and contact forms are handled through GoHighLevel, which processes the details you submit so we can respond and schedule. These providers process data solely to deliver the service on our behalf and may store it outside Canada.
06Data retention
We keep enquiry, booking, and subscriber details only as long as needed to respond, deliver the service, or meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
07Your choices
You can ask us what we hold, request a correction, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing hello@stratosync.solutions. We respond within a reasonable time.
08Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests under PIPEDA or CASL, can be sent to hello@stratosync.solutions. A postal mailing address for formal notices is available on request.
